Making Of Champions

For the past ten years Pastor Rolando Lamb (Coach Lamb), former NBA draft pick for the Seattle Supersonics, has been effectively reaching athletes and other young people with a life-changing message of personal growth. Deeply moved by the lack of moral character in athletes and in society as a whole, Coach Lamb decided to take action by developing a "GAME PLAN for life" and founded The Making of Champions program.

Coach Lamb's message is simple: "True character is the key to being a true champion." Program participants are taught how to develop their own personal coaching system (or game plan) and how to become true champions in the game of life.

Drawing from his years of experience as a college and professional athlete, Coach Lamb uses powerful sports principles to teach character-based achievement. Through his workbook, "In Bounds/Out of Bounds Life Skills Program," he introduces concepts such as self-control, patience, integrity, perseverance and emotional maturity to young people. Coach Lamb has presented his Making of Champions program throughout the United States.
