Network of Politically Active Christians (NPAC)
Vision Of NPAC—Mobilizing An Unseen Army To Win Elections
American evangelical Christians have been identified even by the liberal media as the single greatest force in determining the outcome of the 2004 election. However, they did this without the support of millions of their counterparts in the black community who represent twelve percent of the U.S. population.
What could be the potential impact of an organization dedicated to networking white evangelicals with African-American pastors to win elections? It is the mission of the Network of Politically Active Christians (NPAC): Teach, Train, and Elect to office Christians of all races in all elections from school board member, to mayor, to state senator and representative, to governor, Congress and the presidency by reaching out to include black America in this return to conservative Christian values. Black Americans have been misled for years on where to place their political allegiance. All of that is about to change through NPAC.

NPAC is activating the unseen army of black American Christians by calling blacks to join with Christians of other races to form a broad-based network that will elect to office God-fearing people with integrity and strong core values based on the Bible. NPAC is establishing a strong Christian presence in Washington, DC, with predominantly black leadership in order to reach the unseen army of black Americans who believe the Bible but have not been involved in promoting biblical values in elections. NPAC will network with Christians from other organizations across racial and denominational lines. NPAC will train blacks and other Christians how to think biblically, how to run for office, monitor legislation, and influence the legislative and judicial process in areas like the definition of marriage and protecting the life of the unborn child, which until recent years were strongly valued by the black community. They will help set the president’s agenda, rally Christian congressmen and senators, te stify before committees, make presentations, and encourage godly leaders to maintain their stands on issues. They will mobilize youth on the college campuses to get them involved.
History Of NPAC
The Network of Politically Active Christian Women was founded by Bishop Wellington Boone ten years ago for politically conservative black women who wanted to become involved in the political process outside of the Democratic Party, which had become increasingly liberal and non-biblical in its stance on the issues. The group quickly expanded into chapters in seven states and impacted legislation on issues such as Outcome Based Education. Recently, Bishop Boone removed the word “Women” from the title and opened up the organization to people of all genders, races, and political parties who share a common commitment to restore America to its biblical roots by electing public officials who “vote the Bible.”
Increasing the Base of Black Activists
NPAC is seeking the support of Christians of all races in calling black Americans back to a commitment to political activism based on Christian principles. Your financial donations and active involvement will affect the future of this nation. Although many blacks have mistakenly compromised their traditional values for the sake of expediency, once they hear the truth—a call to action based on the Bible—they will respond and they will be unstoppable.
Three-Fold Mission: Teach, Train, Elect
The Network of Politically Active Christians has a three-fold mission:
TEACH.
NPAC recognizes that Christians need to learn how to think biblically, especially regarding political issues. The organization will use seminars, lectures, and the media to teach blacks and other Christians how their faith applies to the issues and why they should take action on issues like personal integrity, traditional marriage, and the right to life. It will show them how the Bible applies to law, government, and politics. NPAC will show blacks and other Christians how to stimulate the economy and enrich their families’ lives through entrepreneurship, and how to depend on God instead of government.
TRAIN.
NPAC will provide Christians with training in the practical skills they need to get involved in the political process, win elections, and place God-fearing judges on the bench. It will train them how to stand strong for biblical moral values in the face of challenges to their faith. It will train them how to develop strategies for political campaigns, how to raise money, how to lobby the legislature to get bills passed, and how to win elections. It will train them how to go door-to-door, how to talk about the issues, and how to govern biblically once they win.
ELECT.
NPAC will help elect Christians to every available office by establishing a broad network of people of all races who share the same biblical moral values. This network will include black pastors, leaders of Christian organizations, campus leaders, those currently holding political office, the Fellowship of International Churches founded by Bishop Wellington Boone as well as other church groups and denominations, and all others who are willing to unite for the purpose of getting the right people elected.
