Step #1

Complete the online request form. In order for us to give your request the proper attention, we will have to ask you to fill out the form in its entirety.

Step #2

Send a personal letter to Bishop Boone from the leader of your organization. At the end of this form you will have an opportunity to include a personal email from the leader of your organization directly to Bishop Boone, telling him about the event and giving the reasons for asking him to speak. We will make sure that he receives it.
